How We Met
Thanksgiving weekend 2016, Carly was home from college and was hanging out with friends. Her friend Morgan had posted a picture of the two of them together. Dj, who was in Mexico at the time, messaged Morgan asking about Carly. Morgan sent Dj her number and the rest is history!
The Proposal

We were in one of our favorite places- Cape Charles, Virginia where we love to spend time on the boat fishing and visiting the local restaurants. We had just got out on the Bay for the day in our boat when Dj asked Carly to drive the boat for a minute. The next thing she knew, he was on one knee asking her to marry him. It was the absolute perfect day!
