We have a hotel block reserved - no obligation to stay at the Holiday Inn. There are plenty of great options in Charlottesville, but the fall is a popular time for weddings in the area, so we encourage guests to book their hotel rooms early! However, if you do not plan to rent a vehicle or do not wish to drive to the venue, we recommend staying here because we are providing a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, and back. This is the closest airport to the hotel and venue. Both venue and hotel are easy Ubers/Lyfts from the airport.

Richmond International Airport

This airport is in Richmond, Virginia - about an hour from the venue and hotel. Please let us know if you intend to fly into this airport, and would like to avoid renting a vehicle - we will attempt to coordinate a shuttle (depending on the number of people flying here)!

Dulles International Airport & Ronald Raegan Airport

These two airports are in Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. area. They are about 1.5 hours from the venue, and the most convenient way to get to the venue from the D.C. area is to drive. Please let us know if you intend to fly into either of these two airports and would like to avoid renting a vehicle - we will try to coordinate a shuttle (depending on the number of people flying into D.C.)!

There are direct Amtrak trains from NYC to Charlottesville. The trip takes about 7 hours.
