We realize COVID is unfortuntaely alive and well. We are closely monitoring the situation. If you are feeling like this trip may not be right for you at this time we COMPLETELY understand. This has been a CRAZY last 2 years and we get it. We would LOVE to celebrate with you but if you change your mind about coming, kindly let us know. The cancellation policy for the hotel is usually within 24 hours.

Right now the hotel offers antigen testing prior to departure back to the US. Please check your reservation to see if this is included [included in most reservations].

The welcome party and wedding reception will all be outside. Food and drinks will be served by hotel staff.

The hotel has a kids club open to children. For during the wedding reception, we are working with the hotel to reserve private babysitters. Please email Farida [fmigally@gmail.com] if babysitting services are needed during the wedding [please send name and age].

The closest airport is Cancun International Airport [CUN]. It is a short 25 minute drive from the hotel

Dress Code?
Answer
During the day, beach/pool attire is expected! Restaurants for breakfast and lunch recommend shoes and shirt. For men at dinner, most restaurants require collared shirt, pants, and sometimes closed shoes. If questions about dress code please ask Farida or Kabral. The dress code for each restaurant can be found on the Excellence app [select The Finest Playa Mujeres]
