While swiping on Hinge (a dating app), Stephanie encountered a profile that caught her eye: a guy with kind eyes and a tattoo of her favorite band on his arm. Intrigued, she swiped right, but there was no notification indicating they matched—meaning she had discovered Robert first. Meanwhile, Robert viewed her profile and was struck by her beauty, particularly her captivating eyes. As not to seem too eager, he waited 4 DAYS before deciding whether to take a chance on a Jersey girl. But, he did! They started talking and found they had a lot in common. Their first date unfolded on August 25, 2019 at the Palisades Mall in NY for dinner with a fun game of Mini Golf after. Although it did not go quite as planned, both felt an undeniable spark - something there that wasn't there before. Something special that hinted at a deeper connection. This lead to them becoming official on November 8, 2019 in the most perfect way, at an A Day To Remember concert.

While Stephanie was getting ready for a New Year's vacation to the happiest place on Earth, Robert was behind the scenes hard at work to orchestrate the perfect surprise. On December 31, 2022, with a sprinkle of Disney magic and the help of some Pixie Dusters, Stephanie was delighted to discover a private PhotoPass photographer waiting for her. As they strolled around the enchanting castle, Stephanie felt this moment was already a highlight of her day, blissfully unaware of the secret mission unfolding around her. Their journey led them to Cinderella’s Wishing Well, where Robert, with tears of joy in his eyes, dropped to one knee and proposed to Stephanie. Time seemed to stand still, the world fading away, as she enthusiastically accepted, sealing the moment with a kiss. The world around them faded back into focus when they were suddenly met with cheers and the joyful chant of “Love Wins!” Family was standing in front of them, awaiting to celebrate the special occasion. What a way to ring in the new year!
