The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive and be seated by 5:15 PM.
Our wedding will take place at Vinterra Event Venue in Bixby, Oklahoma. Vinterra Event Venue 14515 S Yale Ave Bixby, OK 74008
Please head to the Grand Hall, the larger building on the property. The event will not be held in the Clubhouse.
Yes! There is ample complimentary parking available at the venue.
The attire is Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire. Ladies: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or long dresses are all welcome. Gentlemen: Suits, sport coats, or other semi-formal attire.
The ceremony will be held outdoors. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy an outdoor cocktail hour before joining us for an indoor reception.
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into Tulsa International Airport (TUL), which is approximately 20–30 minutes from the venue and most hotel accommodations.
We recommend staying in Midtown Tulsa, Downtown Tulsa, South Tulsa, or Bixby. Visit the Travel page of our website for hotel recommendations and things to do during your visit.
At this time, transportation will not be provided. We recommend having a vehicle available, as Tulsa is spread out and many attractions, hotels, and restaurants require a short drive.
The reception will conclude later in the evening before 10pm.
