Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will depart from the JW Downtown Austin at ~3:30 pm. At the end of the evening (around 10pm), we will provide transportation from the venue back downtown to both the JW Marriott and a potential after-party location. If you’ll have a rental car, there is parking available at the venue. And if you choose to drive and plan to enjoy a few drinks, you’re welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up the next day.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will follow and be indoors.

While we love your kids, we kindly request an adults only celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be creating a few hotel block options around the city, look at the travel page here for room block discount codes. We are staying at the JW Marriott downtown Austin.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Our ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so we recommend spring-ready attire—think floral prints, light fabrics etc. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, linen suits, and shoes that are grass-friendly (no stilettos, please!).

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those additional guests formally invited. If you received an additional guest, it will show on the RSVP page.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs will be collected right here on our website. Please click the RSVP tab located on the top of the page, and type in your name. From there please select which events you are able to attend, food selection, and dietary restrictions. Please reach out directly to us if there are any issues!
