Yes! We have reserved room blocks at the Williamsburg Lodge and the Woodlands Hotel. Please refer to the Travel section of the website to book!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please respond using the RSVP section of the website by 3/14/26 to ensure we can accommodate you during the ceremony/reception!

Are children invited to the wedding?

Kindly note that only guests listed on the RSVP page of our website are included and expected in our guest count. We encourage you to take this weekend as a romantic getaway for you two—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation.

What to wear?

Answer

Join us in your finest! Think suits and ties, evening gowns, or cocktail dresses — dress to impress as we celebrate in style. We kindly ask that you do not wear white outfits, jeans, or polos please!

Where do I park?

Answer

We highly recommend walking if you are able or taking a ride-share to the Inn. However, there are many parking lots around the hotel for you to park! There are also paid parking lots near Merchant's Square which is walkable distance to the Inn. If you are staying at the Lodge, it is a 5 minute walk to the Inn.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Please arrive with ample time to park and get settled into your seats at the ceremony venue. We recommend arriving around 30 minutes prior to the ceremony - around 4:00PM!
