Color Palette: Feel free to wear any color, except white. Black is discouraged (Because it will be hot) Men are welcome to wear white. Do’s: • Embrace vibrant, lively hues that reflect the tropical spirit. • Choose wedges, sandals, or stylish sneakers for both comfort and flair. • Opt for breathable fabrics that offer both ease and elegance. • Dress to impress while keeping comfort in mind. • Ladies, think of flowing cocktail maxi dresses that dance with the breeze. • Gentlemen, linen or light suits—refined yet relaxed—are ideal. Don’ts: • Please refrain from wearing jeans or overly casual attire. • Ladies, kindly avoid white or black. • And, of course, come with only positive energy! The ambiance of our wedding, shaped by the unique energy of each guest, will celebrate a timeless and effortless love amid the enchanting Tulum jungle. The bride and groom envision an evening where the celebration flows endlessly, filled with joy and dancing alongside cherished loved ones. While we hold all our guests in high regard, the venue is not suited for children. The jungle's natural landscape presents potential risks—children may wander, encounter hazards, or feel overwhelmed by the venue’s intimate spaces. Therefore, we kindly request that you make alternative arrangements for your children. If you wish to bring them, we strongly recommend having someone at the hotel to care for them, as they are not permitted on the venue grounds. We understand this may not be feasible for everyone, and while we will miss your presence, we greatly appreciate your understanding if you are unable to attend. Should you choose to do so, we kindly ask that you refer to the registry, as it will guide us toward the things we truly need to start our new home. What is the plan for inclement weather?

In early October, Tulum typically experiences warm and humid weather with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s Fahrenheit (24-30°C). It's also the tail end of the rainy season, so occasional showers or thunderstorms are possible. The evenings are usually cooler but still warm, making light and breathable clothing ideal for the climate. In the event of rain, our main area is covered, allowing guests to enjoy dancing and dining comfortably. As architects, we envisioned a venue that captures the essence of rustic boho style, enriched with vibrant hues that symbolize the energy of our love. To enhance the celebration, we’ve added a disco ball to the dance floor, where we look forward to dancing the night away in joy and celebration.

How long will the reception last?

The event will last until midnight, but our celebrations will continue at a private location afterward with close friends and family, or anyone else who wishes to join us for more fun!

What is the plan for handling god forbid an unexpected emergency or medical situations?

Answer

The only option for transportation to the nearest hospital would be by taxi. Our wedding planners collaborate with reliable drivers. For more details, please refer to the travel accommodations section. The closest hospital is a 15-minute drive away.
