It is 1.23 miles to the summit. It ascends approximately 1,280 ft, from 1,424 ft above sea level to 2,704 ft. Cholla Trail: Less difficult hike, but still challenging. Cholla gains about 1250 feet over 1.42 miles to the summit. The first half of the trail is great for all hiking abilities. There is a helicopter pad at halfway up the hike and can be used as a turnaround point. We will begin hiking at 8am. If you are planning to join the group, please be at either trailhead by 8am!

The bride and groom will be staying at the Saguaro hotel and would love to have you join us! However, we also recommend looking into Airbnbs close to the venue. Oldtown Scottsdale is filled with shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance! Venue: Clayton on the Park 7343 E Scottsdale Mall Scottsdale, AZ 85251
This is a fun one! The airport is about 15-20 minutes from Oldtown Scottsdale if you can avoid morning and evening rush hour. You could easily get by with just Ubers for the weekend. However, we recommend a rental car if you are planning to adventure around Phoenix during your trip. We do NOT suggest taking a car to Camelback mountain as parking can be a nightmare. Uber is the best option there. If you are staying around Oldtown Scottsdale, there are golf carts that can take you anywhere in the area. They do suggest a donation fee, so be sure to bring cash. The bride and groom will be using these a lot throughout the weekend! Finally, if you are daring enough to ride a motorized scooter, there are plenty of Birds in the area! These can be fun to get around on, but please, please be safe!
We can't wait to celebrate with all our family and friends! To keep the festivities relaxing and fun, we're asking for this be an adults only celebration (both ceremony & reception). We adore all of the children in our lives, but have limited space - and intend to party! Consider our wedding a date night on us. Please let us know if you will be planning to bring your little ones on the trip to AZ and if you are interested in a babysitter for the evening. We are happy to help accommodate!
