I cannot separate my college experience from my friendship with Fanni. We played integral parts in raising each other from awkward 18-year-olds to slightly-less-awkward adults. Junior year marked a distinct shift in our relationship when I started mercilessly teasing her for dating a freshman. I soon came around, however, when I realized just how mature, smart, and funny Kukla - Kevin, ew - proved to be. I had the distinct honor of watching their relationship blossom over late night study sessions in Cudahy, bummed meal swipes, and visits to the city they both call home. Now, all these years later, I feel very blessed to play a small part in their special day
