We will be providing shuttle service between the Residence Inn and venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle from 2:3-4:00 PM. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel from 9:30-until everyone is back. There will be two shuttles running during 2-hour windows before the ceremony and nearing the end of the reception, arriving approximately every 10-15 mins. Each shuttle holds 14 people.
If you did not RSVP for the shuttle, you can still utilize this service! For the Pre-Ceremony Shuttle, there is a schedule in order to get everyone there in time but there are extra seats. Weather permitting - the ceremony will be outdoors. Plan B, reception venue can accommodate indoor ceremony.

Formal attire. We will be wearing our best so please dress to impress :) No dress code for kick off party
Yes! Children are welcome to join us for this celebration. Of course, inclusion during each event is at the parent's discretion.
No, there will not be high chairs provided. Please plan accordingly.
