we're getting married!

Like many modern love stories, ours began on Hinge. Neither of us expected much when we joined the app, but little did we know, fate had other plans! After matching and exchanging a few messages, we quickly realized that we had more in common than we thought — including our mutual love for the Buffalo Bills, bad reality TV shows, and Taco Bell. Our first date was a mix of excitement and nerves (so many nerves, in fact, that Ben forgot to eat and had to get food on the way home). On January 22, 2022, we met at The Daisy, in Cohoes, NY, for tacos and margaritas. We instantly hit it off and it didn’t take long before we both knew this could be something special. What started with a swipe turned into countless rounds of golf, camping trips in Lake George, and spontaneous Taco Bell runs. Along the way, we adopted the most perfect dog ever, Stanley, and took on our biggest adventure yet: buying and renovating our first home together. Through every project and milestone, we’ve only grown stronger as a team. On a warm, sunny day in July, Ben proposed at Keuka Lake State Park, with Stanley and our parents eagerly waiting down the road. It was the best day ever! From a simple match on Hinge to planning our future together and chasing Stanley around the house, we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter. We’re so grateful to have our favorite people by our side as we celebrate the love and adventure that brought us here. We can’t wait to share our special day with you!
