Things To Do

Check out a few of our favorite places in the area.
Tumbledown Mountain

Tumbledown Mountain

Weld to Byron Rd, West Central Franklin, ME 04285

This is a great hike to a pond at the top. The Brook Trail is family friendly. For more of a challenge go up the Loop Trail and down the Brook Trail.

Center Hill Nature Trail

Center Hill Nature Trail

299 Center Hill Road, Weld, ME

An easier hike with small children, Center Hill In Mount Blue State Park takes between 8-20 minutes to reach the summit, depending on the age of your children. It offers a beautiful view of Webb Lake with minimal effort.

The Maine Beer Trail

The Maine Beer Trail

295 Main Street, Wilton, ME 04294

We like beer and had our first date at Novare Res, the best beer bar in Portland. There are many breweries in Maine, so be sure to check some during your stay. The closest is Ambition Brewing in Wilton.

Mt. Blue State Park
