Wedding Date: Saturday, May 23, 2026 Recommended Arrival: Thursday, May 21 or Friday, May 22, 2026 Venue Address: Via dei Palazzi, 5, 53045 Montepulciano SI, Italy Check-in Time: Friday, May 22 at 2:30 PM Nearby Airports: Florence Airport (FLR) – ~70 miles (113 km), approx. 1.5-hour drive Pisa Airport (PSA) – ~95 miles (153 km), approx. 2-hour drive Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) – ~115 miles (185 km), approx. 2.5-hour drive We recommend planning to arrive on Friday, May 22 to give yourself time to settle in before the weekend festivities begin. Shuttle Service: We will be offering a shuttle transportation option to the venue on Friday, May 22, 2026 to help make your arrival as easy as possible. We are planning to offer two shuttle times, but exact departure times will depend on when most guests arrive. As we get closer to the date, we’ll reach out to coordinate flight information so we can schedule the shuttles in a way that accommodates the most people.
