Falyn and Garrett were not always so close. There was a time she was more of a bully to him when they first met. Soon after, in senior year, Falyn and Garrett met again when they found themselves in the same culinary class. This time, they saw each other in a different lens. Soon, Falyn found herself falling for Garrett. She gave him every hint she could think of for him to catch on. He never did. One day Falyn was tired of giving hints and getting nothing back. She knew Garrett liked her back, but couldn’t prove it. So she went to Garrett's best friend, Beau Edwards and told him how much she liked Garrett. Beau then informed Falyn how Garrett felt about her. Falyn was right all along. Garrett did, in fact, like her back. So Falyn and Beau made a plan. Over the Thanksgiving break, Beau went to Garrett and told him he had a hunch Falyn liked him. That's all Garrett needed to ask her out. The day they came back to school from Thanksgiving break, Garrett woke up very early that morning and had to make sure everything was perfect. He had fixed his long, flowy hair and made sure no hairs were out of place. He picked his best outfit and put it on. He went to school and sat outside Falyn's first period, mustering up the courage to ask her. When the bell rang, Garrett waited to see her walk out the door. When he saw her, he asked her if she would like to have lunch with him. She said yes. They officially started dating on November 28, 2022, and are now to be married on August 13th,2026
