Grace and Tom absolutely admit that they fall into the millennial stereotype of meeting online. Tom swears he wasn't looking to date a girl named Grace, since his mom is named Grace, and his grandmother, and his great-grandmother... but he couldn't help but swipe right. Grace saw his profile and was immediately won over watching a video of him playing the guitar and singing Elton John. On their first date, they made plans to see a musical. That day happened to be February 14, 2023. Grace SWEARS she wasn't trying to swindle Tom into taking her out on Valentine's day, it just so happened the show was scheduled for that day! The morning of, she realized the tickets she had were for the following week, oops! Despite the mix-up, they decided to still go to their dinner reservation and then figure out something else to do. They decided to continue the date by going to play skee ball for three hours at a local barcade and took photos at a photobooth, talked for hours, listened to music, and excitedly made plans to see the show they had originally planned on seeing the following week. After a few dates of finally seeing that show (it was Come From Away for those who are curious), going to the Mystic Aquarium, Tom *attempting* to teach Grace to drive stick-shift, and axe throwing, they made their relationship official. Tom and Grace's love is characterized by friendship, laughter, and pure joy. They are most happy when they are together in their home, watching TV and snuggling with their dog and two cats. They are excited to embark on the next stage of their relationship and become husband and wife, and are happy to share in their joy with all of you!
