Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

PLEASE arrive at minimum 15 minutes before ceremony starts aka be there by 5:15 the latest! The goal is to run everything on time

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we LOVE children and would love to accommodate them all, we are limited to strict guest capacity and have chosen to exclude children as the general consensus. Few exceptions have been made extending primarily to those of the wedding party. If your child name is not specifically listed under your household's RSVP, we hope you understand and see this opportunity to not only celebrate with us, but also as to enjoy a date night!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As stated above with the question regarding children, the venue's capacity is inflexible. Plus One's have been allotted under the household's RSVP where it applies or is needed. Please do not invite/bring any additional guests without our knowledge.

What should I wear?

Answer

Something formal! Remember it is end of June so there is a chance it may be hot. No jeans, shorts, or sneakers. Our ceremony is in an indoor/outdoor greenhouse like setting (AC present if roof is closed) - walls will most likely be open; followed by cocktail hour both inside and outside, and the reception inside! Please do not wear white, ivory, or cream.

Do I have to take the shuttle?

Answer

No! You absolutely do not have to take the shuttle, if you would like to drive you are more than welcome to! Our venue has complimentary valet parking! Please note: if you do not plan on taking the shuttle and plan on drinking, it is VERY hard to get Ubers/Lyft/etc from the venue so do not rely on that being available to you. You can leave your car at the venue overnight BUT it must be picked up BEFORE 11 AM the following morning.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You should RSVP ASAP! Last chance to RSVP is April 21st! If you do not RSVP by our indicated date there is a high chance we will no longer have a seat available to you. Please use common courtesy when it comes to RSVP’ing

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Marriott Mt. Arlington to and from our venue!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Just let your waiter/waitress know once you are seated at your table!

Can I take my own pictures?

Answer

We will be doing an UNPLUGGED Ceremony, we have hired photographers and videographers to capture our special day. We kindly ask EVERYONE to refrain from any cellphone use during the ceremony. After the ceremony, during the reception and cocktail hour you can take as many pics as you want. Please be cognizant of the photographer and videographer and try your best not to interfere with them and their pictures. If you would like a picture of or with the bride and groom, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen after the ceremony!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue does provide free valet parking. Please keep in mind if you do end up leaving your vehicle at the venue they MUST be picked up by 11 am the following morning.

What happens if I missed the RSVP date?

Answer

If you’re close to the RSVP date or only missed it by a couple days please contact the bride & groom asap (Brooke 7327792465, or Matt 6093396175) if you intend on coming. There’s a chance we may be able to make it work but nothing is guaranteed. If you missed the RSVP date by a large portion of time, there is a very high chance that there will not be room to accommodate you/your family any longer. If you would like to reach out to the bride and groom feel free to do so. Please try to be courteous as we have these dates set for a reason.

I’m vegan/vegetarian/gluten free will there be something available for me?

Answer

Yes! There are 3 options that our venue calls “silent options”. When you sit down for dinner and the waiter is taking your order just let them know you are vegan/vegetarian/gluten free and they will tell you the options!
