Wedding Shuttle for Out-of-Town Guests

We have arranged complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the wedding for out-of-town guests staying on the Strip. The shuttle will depart from The Venetian Convention Center Ground Transportation Bus Tour Lobby. 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝘁 3:45 𝗽.𝗺. 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮. 𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀. Please note, Vegas resorts are some of the largest in the world and it can take some time to get around within the property compared to most traditional hotels. Leave plenty of time to walk through the resort to get to the pickup location on time. Shuttle will return at 11:00 p.m. following the reception. 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 The easiest way to get to the shuttle bus pickup location is to follow the signs to The Convention Center. You will pass a Starbucks on your left and The Summit Showroom on your right. Once approaching the Convention Center, look for signs to “Ground Transportation.” When you enter the convention area, you will turn left and take and escalator down to the Underground Ground Transportation Pickup Area. The shuttle will say discreet transportation. If you get lost, ask resort staff where the ground transportation tour lobby is (say near the convention center) and they should be able to direct you.

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino is a five-diamond luxury hotel and casino resort located on the Las Vegas Strip. Please use the passkey link to access the room block rates. Plan to book by March 1, 2024 to secure the rate. The Venetian isn't a requirement, additional recommendations below.

If the Venetian isn't your style, some additional hotels we've stayed at and love are below. Note, no room blocks here, but feel free to book at your leisure. Park MGM Location: Center Strip, newly renovated and reopened in 2019, this is a favorite of Fallon's and is non-smoking. The rooms are nice and there are great restaurants, bars and a small night club. Website: https://parkmgm.mgmresorts.com The Signature at MGM Grand Location: Centrally located on the south-side of The Strip, these rooms have kitchenettes and are non-gaming, non-smoking for a reprise from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. LAS Airport
For guests flying in, Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) (Formerly McCarran International Airport) has daily flights from a plethora of destinations and is centrally located just off The Strip. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to get from the airpot to the majority of resorts on Las Vegas Blvd. via Uber, Lyft or cab. The average Uber/Lyft trip price to get from LAS to The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino (or other properties on Las Vegas Blvd.) is $21.00 - $35.00. Taxis are also readily available in Las Vegas and have a flat rate fare from the airport to The Strip based on which zone your hotel is located. Taxi rides to the Venetian is $27 flat rate taxi fare.
