It all started with a swipe... and a little patience. Nelson was a gentleman from the moment we matched on Hinge, but Tytiona took her time before responding to his message. As they say, good things come to those who wait. When she finally replied on a Thursday, Nelson wasted no time, planning our first date for that Sunday, February 18, 2024. What began as a casual afternoon of Mini Golf quickly turned into something neither of us expected. The real magic happened afterward over dinner at Boardwalk Billy’s. We were so lost in each other that four hours felt like mere minutes. By the time the staff began closing up, we were still laughing, still talking, and realizing we’d found something incredibly rare. We walked into that date as strangers and walked out knowing we never wanted to be apart again. From that day forward, our love has grown through adventures and the simple joys of everyday life. We’ve sunk our toes into the sand at Junkanoo Beach, blended perfumes side by side, and turned our weekly Chipotle run into a tradition we cherish. We share a love for Freida McFadden’s mystery novels (the first author we read together!), open-world video games, working out, and most importantly, a deep love for one another as partners. On September 13, 2025, that journey led us to Drift. There, overlooking the water and surrounded by the peace, love, and joy that define our relationship, Nelson proposed. It was an immaculate moment and saying "yes" was the easiest decision of our lives. We are beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter with you and share our big day with the people who mean the most to us!
