When should I Rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP before June 20th 2024, RSVP closes this day with NO EXCEPTIONS. Feel free to update your RSVP and decline yourself or a guest up until sept 15th

What if I accepted the RSVP but later need to decline?

Answer

No problem, return to the link and go to the RSVP page. Enter your name and resubmit your RSVP response to decline all together or decline an added guest. Be sure to decline before the sept 15th deadline so we are not paying for your spot in vain. If you have any difficulties you can contact Chantel Headley (number is located at the top of this page) with full name and what your new response is and we will update accordingly. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although it may be an inconvenience for some, we ask that you do NOT bring your child (under 18) with you, this is an ADULT ONLY event and non negotiable. We chose this option due to us offering a host bar, as well as having a venue on the edge of a body of water that is not monitored or roped off. Safety is a concern for small children. We would love for you to unwind and take this time to grab a babysitter & enjoy the day of festivities !!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The simple answer is No. Everyone has received personal invitations with a certain number of guests included, if your invitation says “AND GUEST(s)” then yes you may bring a guest(s). If it does not say "AND GUEST" etc... then please arrive by yourself. Unfortunately every single person is precisely accounted for. Please RSVP on the RSVP tab here on the website. THANK YOU!

What is the dress code?

Answer

DISCLAIMER: Please respectfully refrain from wearing colors reserved for the Bride: White, Cream, Ivory, champagne/silver tones Please wear your finest attire, think romantic FALL evening colors FORMAL or Semi Formal options only. Use the invitation colors as a guide the wedding is jewel tone. if you would like to be "in theme" but there is NO requirement to do so. Also don’t be scared to wear that cowboy hat. For my out of town guests be mindful of the weather, Texas will still be fairly warm around this time… for example oct 20,2023 the high was 84 degrees by the afternoon but the low was around 66-70 degrees. Do you have a registry

Answer

Yes of course ! Our registry is located on this website as well use the side menu (the 3 lines at the top right corner) to navigate to our registry. We are not excepting physical gifts BUT we will have a CARD BOX at the reception for envelope gifts. We are grateful for every contribution made and we truly love and appreciate every single one of y’all 💕🙏🏾

Dallas, TX is 30mins away from the venue , Houston is 3+ hrs away Cities Closer to the venue: Trophy club Southlake Roanoke Grapevine Coppell Bedford Colleyville Cities Closer to me (25-30’mins from the venue) : Lewisville The colony Hebron

Is there a discounted hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! All hotels listed on the travel page come with a discount block by following the link associated. Please use the Travel tab for all hotel and airport information

If I have a question what do I do?

Answer

Please try to refrain from texting and calling the bride & groom directly. We want this event to remain as stress-less as possible for our couple. The website should answer most questions you have already. In the event it does not please contact the contact person (Chantel Headley) via text/call listed at the top of this page, Thank you!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

YES ! there are two options for parking… There is plenty of free parking in the parking garage, you can choose to park your own car but you will have a 3 minute walk down a cobblestone path to the venue. OR you can arrive at the venue and use our free valet service who will park your car and hold your key for you.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

I strongly suggest renting a car if you plan to be in town for more than 2 days. In Texas everything is spaced out and most driving is done on highways. If you are in the city, and are here to enjoy beyond what is around your hotel, your time will be more enjoyable if you can move as you please. But of course feel free to Uber it around as you please, thats always an option.

What is the time frame for the day

you should plan to be seated by 4:00pm and the party ends at 10pm! By 8pm be fully prepared that we WILL be acting irresponsibly so please plan accordingly lol

Anything before the wedding day?

Yes! Please check the schedule tab to see where you can meet up with us before the big festivities! PLEASE BE AWARE THIS SECTION WILL BE UPDATED CLOSER TO THE WEDDING DATE

If I arrive late to the ceremony, what should I do?

Answer

We are asking that you do not enter the Chapel late, this will disturb the ceremony. You are welcome to hang out on the patio for cocktail hour to start. The doors to the chapel will be promptly closed at 4 pm

why am I not picking my food option

Answer

To make things easiest for all involved the food options are already chosen for you. They will be a combo or chicken and steak. If you confirmed vegan/vegetarian on your Rsvp you will have a vegan option. Please add any severe allergies when RSVP'ing
