Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be shuttles from the Doubletree Hotel to the ceremony location at 2:40 PM and 3:20 PM. Return shuttles begin at 9:00 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking on site if you choose to drive, but please be safe. Consider taking the shuttle to and from the Doubletree Hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, be comfy! We are trying to DANCE. Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoors so please dress accordingly. October in Upstate NY can be brisk.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that people aim to be at the ceremony location by 3:45 PM so that the ceremony may start promptly at 4:00.
