Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025 . Per our contract with the venue, we must provide full names (first, middle, last, suffix) of the guests several weeks prior. All adult guests must give their names to the guard at the gate as well as a "valid federally recognized driver's license or photo identification" (passports are acceptable for international guests). Late RSVPs will not be able to be added to the list.
Wedding invites will specify all names of children and adults invited. There will be a room in the church for any nursing mothers or children that may need a break. We ask all parents to keep an eye on their children throughout the ceremony and reception to ensure their safety. The reception will have outdoor access on the water and fire pits.
Plus ones will be specified on address of save the dates and invitations. For those given a plus one, we will need their first and last name by RSVP to get access on base for the reception.
For the ceremony, there is free street parking and parking lots in the area. Most street parking is not metered in November but often has a 3 hour time limit. Free parking lots nearby include Touro Street Lot and Mary Street Lot. Please do NOT use the church parking lot as it has limited parking and will be reserved for guests that need access to the ramp entrance. Please notify Grace if this applies to you. For the reception, there is onsite parking next to venue. Please enter the reception through Gate One. If you will be using an Uber/Lyft, you will have to be dropped off right before the gate at Cloyne Court and then it’s a short walk to the Officer’s Club through Gate One.
We recommend arriving early to park and walk to the church. You can enter the front doors and go up the stairs for the ceremony. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Late guests may enter after bridal party entrance. Ceremony time and address will be listed on formal invitations.
Please dress in cocktail attire. Check the weather as it can be warmer or colder in November in Newport, depending on the day. All events will be indoors but we will have access to the patio at the reception. Per Officer’s Club policy, shoes must be worn at all times on the dance floor.
We are registered at Zola, Pottery Barn and Amazon. You can find the links under the registry tab of the website.
Please let Grace or Falcon know if you need any accommodations for allergies for dinner. Dessert will have dairy, gluten and nut free options.
Please see travel tab for hotel options close to venues. Newport has many additional hotel, B&B's and airbnb/rental options.
