FAQs

The Wedding Website of Faith Parent and Colton Bray
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP’S ARE OPEN! Please RSVP by March 1st! This will give us enough time to share the final headcount with our vendors and ensure there’s a spot reserved just for you at the reception.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our venue’s limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation. If you were given a plus one, you’ll be able to select that when you rsvp. We can’t wait to celebrate with our favorite people!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for you to wear your best Garden Party look — think spring colors and florals! It’s not required, just a fun way to dress up and celebrate together.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have time to grab some water, find your seat, and settle in comfortably. Once the ceremony begins, we won’t be able to allow anyone down to the ceremony site. We can’t wait to share this special moment with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to our venue’s limited capacity, we can only welcome the guests named on each invitation. If your children are invited, their names will be listed, or you’ll see “NAME and Family” on your invite.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Dos Palomas Ranch, and there is plenty of parking available right outside the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we won’t be providing transportation, so please be sure to drink responsibly and arrange for a designated driver. If all else fails, Dave Parent, Attorney at Law, will have plenty of business cards ready for you!

Question

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception both indoors and outdoors. Heads up: the walk down to the ceremony site is on caliche, so ladies, you might want to rethink those stiletto heels!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We’ve hired a fantastic photographer to capture every special moment, and we can’t wait to share the photos with everyone soon after the wedding!

Question

Will there be a bar or alcohol served?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar starting at cocktail hour and going until 30 minutes before send-off. Plus, we’ll have plenty of sweet tea, unsweet tea, strawberry lemonade, and water for those who prefer something non-alcoholic. Remember to drink responsibly, folks!

Question

Who do I contact if I have questions?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to Faith at 361-728-8188 — she’s happy to help!
