We kindly ask our guests to RSVP as soon as possible and no later than July 31st to allow us ample time in sending a final headcount to our caterer.
If a plus one is included in your invitation, there will be a listed "guest" attached to your name that is visible to you when you RSVP.
We love your little ones, but we want everyone to fully enjoy the night! Here’s what to expect: Only children of close family and friends will be invited. If your children are invited, their names will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! ❤️
There will be no shuttle bus. Guests should utilize local Ubers, Lyfts, taxis, or drive their own personal vehicle to get to the event. However, we will be providing guests with $15 Uber vouchers to use for their trip home from the reception to their hotel/airbnb. Long story short, your trip to the wedding is on you but your trip home is on us!
If being dropped off, please consider the following options: (1) Drop off at the Fassl Residence (2820 Oakland Road, Bethlehem PA 18017), which will require guests to walk up a mildly inclined paved driveway to access the ceremony space, or (2) Drop off at 2938 Santee Drive Bethlehem, PA 18017, which will place guests in a cul-de-sac directly adjacent to the ceremony and reception space. The latter option is encouraged especially for those using ambulatory assistive devices. As always, we encourage guests to carpool!
When approaching the Fassl Residence on Oakland Rd., guests should follow the "Wedding Parking This Way" signs that will direct guests to a parking lot located under 0.2 miles from the ceremony and reception space. Guests will then follow additional signage to make the short walk from this parking lot to the ceremony space.
In the chance that we are faced with inclement weather, we will have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception under our reception tent where there is ample space to move about!
This will be a phone-free wedding ceremony. Guests are welcome to use their phones throughout cocktail hour and the reception for photo taking, but are kindly asked to leave capturing our ceremony moments to the professionals. Professional photography from the day and evening will be available for guests to peruse in the weeks after the wedding!
We ask our guests to please wear semi-formal attire for our big day! Additionally, as walking through grass is required to access the ceremony and reception space, we highly encourage guests to wear shoes they can safely navigate the yard in without twisting an ankle!
Guests should plan to arrive no earlier than 3:45pm as to not disrupt family and bridal party photos and no later than 4:15pm to accommodate a prompt ceremony start at 4:30pm.
Yes, guests will have access to a selection of beer, wine, seltzer, and two specialty cocktails at no charge (aside from tipping your bartender!).
Within the invite and RSVP, there will be the options to let us know of any dietary restrictions and allergies you have in addition to requesting a vegan meal!
Late September in Bethlehem averages a daily temperature in the 70s! While our fingers are crossed for good weather, we suggest to guests who are traveling that you pack a jacket or coat in case of cooler temperatures. In the event of unusually cool or warm weather, there will be heaters or fans available to make the event as comfortable as possible for our guests.
