Do you have any hotel recs?
Answer
There are two options for lodging: You can either stay in the same hotel as the venue which is called, ‘Jupiter NEXT’ or you can stay right across the street at ‘Jupiter Original’. Both are great options and are owned by the same company. ‘Jupiter Original’ is slightly more budget friendly with a more lively vibe. If you’re looking for more peace and quiet after the wedding, we suggest booking at ‘Jupiter NEXT’.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
ASAP! We need to give the venue and caterer a head count. Due date April 30, 2024. When you RSVP please call the Hotel to book a room or use one of the two booking links provided on the Lodging page. If you won’t be using the Hotel, please let Faith or Silvere know so that we don’t follow up with you later on.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! If your kiddo isn’t on the RSVP please contact Silvere or Faith so we can note them.

Can I bring a date?

We’ve done our best to included the names of everyone’s plus one on the guest list already. If you don’t see your plus one on the invitation or need to change something please let Silvere or Faith know.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3pm to the lobby on the second floor of The Jupiter NEXT Hotel.

Is there parking at the Venue?
Answer
Yes, there’s also of street parking because parking at the hotel is limited and operates on a first come first served basis. There’s an open air gravel parking lot for $15 located on the southeast corner of SE 8th and Ankeny, behind the Imago Theatre building, across 8th Ave from Jupiter Original. You can also park in the underground lot for $25 per night. The entrance to the underground garage is located on SE 8th St, underneath Jupiter Original. Please check in at Jupiter NEXT before you attempt to park so that we may give you a permit to leave in your vehicle.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let Faith or Silvere know. We’re planning to have a poultry option, fish option & red meat option served buffet style.
