At the top of the page, click “Add a Promo/Group Code.” Enter the group code MWWG062626 into the pop-up box. Click “Start Planning.” Select the season you plan to visit — please choose Summer. Enter your check-in and check-out dates. Click “Next.” You will be given the option to enter your information to receive promotional emails. You may complete this section or select “Skip This Step” at the top. The available room types will then be displayed, and you may proceed with your booking. You may also book by phone by calling the hotel directly at 252-354-3464 and speaking with Reservations. When calling, please reference the group name Miles-Ward Wedding or the personal group code MWWG062626, along with your intended arrival and departure dates. Please note that to secure the group rate, reservations must be made no later than May 26, 2026. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for this event from Friday, June 26th through Sunday, June 28th. While the block includes both nights, you are welcome to book only the nights that best fit your schedule.
