Is there a dress code?

Sunday best, wear your nicest clothes that you would wear to church

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the Sunrise Amphitheater but is limited so we highly suggest carpooling or using a ride service. Koenig Alumni Center will have parking reserved for our wedding party as well some family. There is street parking available on university ave as well as multiple lots and parking garages on the university’s campus

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:30 to allow for ample time to be seated and to get settled

Reception cocktail hour will begin at 5:10 with dinner following

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones and are so happy to welcome children to our celebration! That said, we also know this might be a rare night away — so if it feels right for your family, consider it a parents’ night out to relax, celebrate, and dance the night away with us

I have a food allergy or have certain diet restrictions

Our caterer is happy to accommodate, please let us know any restrictions and we will speak to the caterer about your meal

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence in celebrating us is the greatest gift, however if you would like to contribute towards this next chapter together we have a cash fund listed under the registry and will have a card box available at the reception. We are so grateful for your contributions towards the life we are building together!

Dinner will be a barbecue buffet, if you are vegetarian or have an allergy please let us know as soon as possible
