We understand you would love to bring somebody. However, we have a very strict capacity that we are allowed to have and we have officially met that capacity level. If there is not an option for you to bring a plus one, do not bring them.

If you are late (we get it, things happen), please enter on the side doors in the 1000s building foyer. The front double doors is the entrance for the bride, groom, and wedding party.

Phone Policy

We kindly ask that you put your phone on silent and away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be as present as possible as we enter into unity with one anther. We also have a photographer that is going to be taking photos throughout the wedding and she is AMAZING at doing so. For family that might not be able to make it, there will be a way where you will be able to watch a livestream. As a reminder, this will be posted in the 1000s building before entering into the sanctuary. This is very important to us and we appreciate your cooperation.

Dress Code

Please not wear white/anything close to white, all black, or blue. Men, we know black is extremely common. So just refrain from wearing all black. Pair black slacks with a colorful shirt & you are good to go! These are reserved colors for the wedding party. This is going to be a semi-formal/ Classy Cowboy. If you need a little more of an idea on what to wear, there are links below to an amazon list to give you ideas. You are more than welcome to wear a cowboy hat (we actually encourage it). Since the wedding is in September, we know it will be warm. Ladies, we highly recommend not wearing long sleeves and men you do not need to wear a jacket! Thank you!
