When do I need to RSVP by?

October 4th 2025! We need an official head count by this time

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an 30 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Missouri is very unpredictable and while we hope for a nice cool day, it could get cold so or be 80 degrees! I would advise guest to bring a jacket, especially if you’d like to enjoy the patio and sit by the fire during the reception!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall for cocktail hour, play games, and mingle!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before October 4th 2025. You can simply message Jacob or I or just RSVP on our website!

Yes!

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony we invite our guest to enjoy the cash bar by Shakers Bartending and take this time to mingle! We also will have corn hole and other games available during this time.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be served at the reception, provided by Infused Catering. Menu will include: Smoked Pork Salad Baked Potato Bar Bread & Butter and of course sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, and water!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found here on our website under Registry!

Will transportation be provided

Answer

Transportation will not be provided and we ask our guest to plan accordingly to not leave any vehicles behind at the venue after the night is over.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! The parking lot is available for guest and there is even a drop off area available for those who may need a shorter walk.
