What is the attire?

How soon should I book my hotel room?

Answer

Thank you for traveling to celebrate with us! Be sure to book your hotel room by November 5th so that you are guaranteed to get the group rate.

Is there a Welcome Party on Thursday?

Answer

We will have an "unofficial" gathering for guests arriving on Thursday at the Marriott Grandview Bar around 8:30 PM.

Can I drive to the Wedding venue and Reception?

Answer

There is no parking available at the Nichols' residence, so we will have shuttles running from the Marriott Grandview for hotel guests beginning at 2:15 PM and from Saint Mark the Evangelist church for local guests beginning at 3:00 PM.

How does the shuttle situation work?

Answer

Local Guests: park at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. The shuttles will pick up guests at 3:00 PM and depart for the ceremony at 3:15 PM. Hotel Guests: shuttles will arrive at 2:15 PM and depart for the ceremony by 2:30 PM. Buses will be available to leave on the half hour starting at 6:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM. At 8:45 PM, guests need to board buses for transportation back to their cars or the hotel.

Is it ok to take photos with your phone and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly request you do not use electronic devices during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos as you would like to at the reception!
