Where should we park?

Answer

There is limited parking at Rollin's (35 parking spots). We are providing shuttle services. Please park at 2101 Bell Ave. Keck will be providing shuttle services 5:30 - 11 PM.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

It is an old mansion so there are lots of steps. It is not easy to maneuver through.

What if I have food allergies?

Answer

I know there are several people in our wedding party alone that have food allergies. Just let us know beforehand and we will accommodate you in the best way possible.

A message from Rollins Mansion: We take the health and safety of our employees and guests seriously. During this COVID-19 season, we closely follow the guidelines published by the CDC & State of IA. We have put measures into place to minimize community spread. Guidelines for Rollins Mansion Employees: - Must wear masks &/or face shields and disposable gloves at all times - Temperature taken & logged upon entering the facility - Hand washing prior to work & with increased frequency throughout the day - Social Distancing Guidelines for On-Site Vendors: - Temperature taken and logged upon entering the facility - Hand sanitized - Masks or face shields worn while on the property

Measures for event set up & execution: - Hand washing, social distancing, and educational posters placed throughout the facility for visual reminders - Water fountains taped off BUT individual, disposable water bottles will be available through out the entire day - Extra sanitizing of restrooms - Doors marked for EXIT ONLY & ENTRANCE ONLY - 8 people per dinner table & tables separated safe distances - Ceremony rows placed safe distances apart - Disposable masks available & sanitizing stations through out facility - Food stations will be closely monitored & managed - Bar will be set up in the courtyard
