Ladies, a dress in one of these soft tones would be perfect for the island setting. Gentlemen, we recommend khaki or light-colored pants paired with a pastel shirt.

How do I get to Isla from Cancun?

⛴️Fly into Cancún International Airport. From there, take a taxi or shuttle to the Ultramar Ferry Terminal in Puerto Juárez. Ferries run every 30 minutes and take about 20–25 minutes to reach Isla Mujeres.

Do I need to bring cash, or will cards work?

Most places on the island prefer pesos, and some small shops or restaurants don’t accept cards at all. We recommend bringing cash and exchanging it for pesos once you arrive. There are ATMs and currency exchange spots near the ferry terminal. It’s always good to have pesos on hand for tips, taxis, and local vendors!
