Are Kids Invited?

While we love your children, we kindly request that this be an adults-only event. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share in our big day!

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a Black-Tie event. This means floor length gowns for the women, and dark suits or tuxes for the men. Dress to the nines!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! If you are not staying on site at Cedar Lakes, we will be providing a shuttle from the Hampton Inn in Matamoras to Cedar Lakes and back. Please check back for more shuttle information soon!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather dependent, our ceremony will take place outside. As it will be the end of November, we recommend bringing a jacket or shawl for this portion of the evening. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving no later than 3:15 to have a welcome beverage and find yourself the best seat in the house!

How do I book my cabin if I am staying on-site?

Answer

A limited number of cottages, houses and cabins have been reserved onsite for groups of family members and friends of Daniel & Samantha. Those who are interested in staying on site are asked to email hinesfairchildwedding@gmail.com, and we will then reach out to you with booking information!
