How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance by September 1, 2026—it only takes a minute!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is dressy casual, and since the ceremony will be held outdoors, it’s best to choose weather-appropriate shoes. Examples of dressy casual include sundresses, skirts with blouses, suits, dress pants with a nice top, or a collared shirt with slacks.

What are the Hotel Rates?

Answer

Standard (King or 2 Double Beds): $109 (plus tax per night) Executive King: $179 (plus tax per night) King Suite: $229 (plus tax per night) Book by September 18, 2026 to lock in these rates.

Guests can start arriving at 4 PM.

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the outdoor courtyard, weather permitting, while the reception will take place indoors.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes! There is ample parking available for guests on-site at Equestria West.

Is transportation provided for the wedding day?

Answer

We’ve set up a shuttle service to transport hotel guests to and from the venue, with final details still being worked out.

What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Flying into Minneapolis–St. Paul Airport is your best bet, just 20 minutes from the venue and offering plenty of convenient flight options.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Let us know once you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to make arrangements for you!

If your invite says “and guest,” yes! Otherwise, please contact the couple to see if we can accomodate your request.

Are gifts required?

Nope! Having you here is the best gift of all. If you feel like giving something, we’ll appreciate it, but it’s completely optional.
