When Should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests arrive by 3:25-3:45 PM to allow time for parking and getting settled. We ask that all guests arrive no later than 3:50 PM to ensure the ceremony proceeds smoothly without disruption. Unfortunately, late arrivals (any individuals that arrive at 4:00pm or later) will not be permitted into the ceremony. However, you are welcome to join us once the ceremony has concluded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

Can I bring a Guest/Date or Child(ren)?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest(s)" if a plus one has been given to you.

Is there a Dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Black tie optional. The colors baby/pastel blue, cream, ivory, and White are NOT permitted. Please keep in mind that minimal walking through grass will occur, so bring appropriate but formal shoes.

As we begin this new chapter of our lives together, we’ve decided to forgo a traditional gift registry. Instead, we are focusing on saving for our very first home. Your presence at our wedding is all we could ever ask for and something so important to us. However, if you feel compelled to contribute, a gift towards our home fund would be immensely appreciated and will help us create a space where we can build lasting memories. Thank you so much for your love and support. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

For our Guests with Lowered Vehicles

Answer

Due to the rough terrain, we advise against bringing any lowered vehicles.

What food will be Provided?

Answer

During cocktail hour, there will be appetizers served along with a full grazing table. In your RSVP, you will choose between two options for dinner. Dinner will include a salad, roll, green beans and mashed potatoes.

Transportation from parking to Ceremony and Reception spot

Answer

Parking will be farther away from the ceremony and reception locations. There will be a trailer picking guests up from the parking lot, to bring them to the wedding. If you prefer to walk, that is fine too just be prepared to walk through the grass.

How do I choose My Meal Preference?

Answer

Once you RSVP, you'll be able to select your meal preferences as well as let us know about any allergies or intolerances so we can adequately accommodate.

Is the Venue Outdoor or Indoor?

Answer

The Ceremony and cocktail hour will be Outdoor and the Reception will be indoor.

Will the Ceremony & Reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both events will be at the same location and will require minimal walking.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones away and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and will absolutely share those photos with you. During the reception, take all the photos you want!!

When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably and plan accordingly with our venue and caterers, we kindly ask that you RSVP by January 28th, 2026. Please note that your response is crucial for us to finalize seating, catering, and other important arrangements. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will not be able to guarantee a spot for you at the event, as we need to confirm the guest list in a timely manner with the venue. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is lots of parking as well as Shuttles to and from the parking space and the event location if you do not want to walk. Parking is unpaved as the wedding venue to located on a farm.

What's there to do during Cocktail Hour?

Answer

Due to us not doing a first look, cocktail hour will be spent taking our couples photos. During cocktail hour, there will be lots of yard games available, an open bar and other activities to partake in before the reception doors are opened.
