FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love your babies and are happy to celebrate with them! Please let us know if they'll need a kids meal. Note that parents will need to supervise their kids throughout the event, as we won’t have specific activities or babysitting services available. The celebration goes until 10 PM, so feel free to head out early if needed.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we’re only able to accommodate plus-ones specifically named on your invitation or RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest friends and family!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the Sunday after Thanksgiving, November 30th. We need to let our venue know the final count before the holidays.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 1:30 - 1:50 PM.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There are paid parking garages and lots near the church and a valet at the reception.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will provide shuttles for those staying at the DoubleTree or the Marriott. We ask that our other guests please drive or uber.

Question

When should I head to the reception?

Answer

We kindly ask for guests to head over as soon as possible after the ceremony. The valet can be a bit slow and we have many people to accommodate. Guests are welcome to explore the hotel area while awaiting the start of cocktail hour at 5 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. We kindly request that ladies wear elegant cocktail dresses or gowns. Please make sure they are floor length and are not white or cream colored. Gentlemen, please wear suits or tuxedos with a tie.
