What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Does the hotel provide the option for early check in?

Yes! You can request early check in. You must call the hotel the day before or morning of arrival in order to request early check in.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be inside. The cocktail hour will be half inside and half under a covered patio. Guests have the option to walk around and enjoy the beautiful grounds outside at the venue.

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue.

Is overnight parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, if you need to leave your car parked overnight at the venue you may. You must get your vehicle by 9am the next morning.

Is there a shuttle service available for guests?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Wingate by Wyndham North East hotel. The shuttle will bring guests to the venue and bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. Shuttle will depart the hotel around 3:15-3:20 pm. The shuttle will depart the venue to go back to the hotel at 9 pm and 10 pm.
