Summer is a popular time of year on the North Fork, so please reserve your accommodations as soon as possible! We have reserved a block of rooms for the weekend at the Cliffside Resort Condominiums. There are also plenty of Airbnb/Vrbo rentals in the area. If you decide to look into renting a home, we recommend looking for houses in Peconic, Greenport or Southold to allow for close proximity to all weekend events.

Hotel

The Cliffside Resort Condominiums

61475 North Road, Greenport, NY 11944

We have a limited number of rooms blocked at the Cliffside for our guests. These condos are 2 bed/2 bath and can sleep up to 6 guests (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a pull out couch). Please call 800-269-4140 and reference the Fachetti/Hanuszek wedding block. Check in is not until 5pm (late!), so we'd recommend calling if you are arriving earlier to see if you can get an early check in.

Flight

NY Area Airports

For guests traveling by plane, we recommend flying to JFK, LaGuardia or Long Island MacArther Airport. JFK/LGA are about a 2 hour drive and MacArther is a 1 hour drive to the hotel in Greenport. Thank you for traveling so far to celebrate with us! We promise it will be worth it!!

Travel Note

Cross Sound Ferry

For guests traveling from New England, the Cross Sound Ferry is our favorite way to reach the North Fork! Ferries depart from New London, CT and dock in Orient Point, NY—just a 15-minute drive from the hotel in Greenport. We recommend booking your ferry in advance, especially if you're bringing a car. If you're not planning to bring a car on the boat, there is limited ferry parking available, as well as the Water Street Garage directly across the street. That said, we highly recommend that at least one person in your group brings a car, as Ubers and Lyfts can be limited in the area. Plan to arrive at the ferry terminal 30 minutes before departure. The trip across the Long Island Sound takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. You can reserve your ferry tickets at longislandferry.com. More ferry tips (because we have a lot of thoughts about the ferry): As frequent ferry passengers, we've learned that not all ferries are created equal—and we definitely have our favorites! Some ships are larger than others, so if you're prone to seasickness, we recommend booking a larger boat if it fits your schedule. In our experience (and we've taken this trip a lot!), the ride is typically pretty smooth, but we want you to have the best experience possible. When booking, you'll see the names of the ships listed under their departure times. Smaller vessels: New London, Jennifer C (usually depart on the half hour) Larger vessels: Cape Henlopen, Mary Ellen, Susan Anne (more spacious, with better seating options)
