Our love story goes back to the summer of 2020. Fabi was on the market for a house and reached out to her favorite realtor (now matchmaker), we will call him Julio. After looking at multiple homes, Julio mentioned he had a friend he would like to introduce. Fabi declined multiple times but he insisted until she accepted. Numbers were exchanged and Jesus made the first move/text. After texting and talking for a week or two, on a hot summer evening we finally went for a walk at The Gathering Place. Fast forward to white fluffy snow on Valentine’s Day of 2021, we were officially a couple. We decided to take everything slow (too slow if you ask Fabi). We found any and every excuse to spend time together; living 10 minutes away from each other made it easier. The decision to get engaged was an easy one. We had the “talk” many times yet he was taking too long. If you ask him, he was waiting for the perfect time, perfect place, perfect ring for the perfect person 😉. If you ask her, she will say he was given an ultimatum 😂. Thankfully on June 30th, 2024; he got on one knee and asked if she would marry him! She said yes! It was the perfect ring at the perfect place with the most perfect Oklahoma sunset. Join us this fall as we say “I do” and kick off the next phase of our life together in one of our favorite places.
