When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm, so we'd recommend arriving by 5:15 to allow time to get settled in your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie optional. Those of us wearing heels should know that if Mother Nature is on our side, the ceremony will be in the grass and the cocktail party will be in the garden, which is gravel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can relay the necessary information to our caterers.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We have arranged for transportation from Florence city center (exact location TBD) to the venue in advance of the ceremony. Toward the end of the evening, we will have a taxi steward outside the venue to facilitate your departure whenever you are ready to call it a night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking onsite at the venue.
