Where and when is the wedding? Donde y cuando es la boda?

Answer

What time should I arrive? A que hora deberia de llegar?

Answer

If you are able to attend the the ceremony at 4:00 PM, please arrive by 3:30 PM to find a seat. If you arrive late, there is a chance you will not be let into the ceremony and will have to wait until it is over to join the celebration. If you are only attending the reception please arrive by 5:30 PM to find your assigned seat. If you arrive after 6:00 PM there is a chance you will have to wait until the grand entrance has taken place to be let in. Si puedes atender la ceremonia a las 4:00 PM, por favor llega antes de las 3:30 PM para encontrar un asiento. Si llegas tarde, hay probabilidad que no te dejen entrar a la ceremonia y tendras que esperar hasta que se acabe para unirte a la celebracion. Si solo puedes atender la recepcion por favor llega antes de las 5:30 PM para encontrar tu asiento asignado, si llegas despues de las 6:00 PM hay probabilidad de que no puedas entrar hasta que la entrada principal se termine.

How and when should I RSVP? Como y cuando confirmo mi asistencia?

Answer

Please use the link on this website to RSVP by Oct 6th, 2023. Please note that if you do not RSVP by this date then we will assume you are not coming and will not hold your seat. Make sure you RSVP to all three events if you will be attending the whole wedding. If you can only make it to the reception please only RSVP to the reception and not the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. Ten en cuenta que si no confirmas tu asistencia antes de esta fecha daremos por asumido que no vas a poder atender y no te guardaremos un asiento. Confirma tu asistencia a los tres eventos si vas a poder asistir la boda completa. Si solo puedes asistir la recepcion, solo confirma tu asistencia para "Reception" y no para la "Ceremony" o "Cocktail Hour."

Can I bring extra guests? Puedo traer invitados adicionales?

Answer

We will not be allowing any extra guests for any part of the wedding. Only the people listed on your invitation are allowed to come. Please note you are not able to substitute anyone that cannot attend for another person that was not invited. If someone cannot attend, their spot will be given up. Anyone else will be turned away by security at the entrance. No se permitira invitados adicionales para cualquier parte de la boda. Solo las personas listadas en la invitacion pueden asistir, ten en cuenta que no se podra substituir alguien que no puede atender por otra persona que no fue invitada. Answer

No children will be allowed due to the venue capacity. Please treat this as a date night out for the parents and find a sitter. No se permiten niños por la capacidad de el salon. Por favor trata esta noche como una cita en pareja y encuentra una niñera.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? La boda sera adentro o afuera?

Answer

Everything will take place outdoors so we recommend planning according to the weather as October tends to be hot during the day and cold at night. Todo sera afuera, asi que te recomendamos planear de acuerdo al clima ya que en Octubre suele hacer calor durante el dia y frio durante la noche.

Where can I park? Donde me puedo estacionar?

Answer

You can park in the City Parking Structure located on the corner of 2nd St & La Reina Ave. Te puedes estacionar en el City Parking Structure en la esquina de 2nd St y La Reina Ave.

Food and drinks? Comida y bebidas?

Answer

We will be serving tacos, cake, beer and pre-selected cocktails. Se serviran tacos, pastel, cerveza y bebidas de coctel pre-seleccionadas.

Where can I stay that night? Donde me puedo quedar la noche?

Answer

If you are traveling from out of town we recommend staying at the Embassy Suites in Downey. This hotel is walking distance to the venue. Si viajaras para la boda recomendamos quedarte en el hotel Embassy Suites de Downey. Este hotel queda cerca del salon y puedes caminar.
