We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We met thru Chad and Maggie. Jamie has been friends with Maggie forever and Fabe has been friends with Chad forever. We saw each other at parties but didn't share much more than a hello until their wedding, where we talked a little more and exchanged phone numbers. Three months later, Fabe texted Jamie asking if he could take her out to dinner.

Fabe texted Jamie during Festival of Trees week (aka the longest, most exhausting week of the year). She agreed that they could go on a date but it'd have to wait until after the exhaustion of FOT. Fabe picked Jamie up and they went to Bdubs for dinner.

It was a Friday. The day after Jamie's birthday. She came home from work and Fabe was sitting on the couch and wanted to talk. Jamie was a little worried about what was going on. He talked about their crazy relationship journey and how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her...all she was missing was a ring! He then pulled the box out of the couch cushion and popped the question! Once she realized what was happening, she (of course) said YES!

Jamie was super excited to finally start wedding planning and they were hoping for Fall, 2020. Jamie, her mom, and sister went dress shopping with her the following weekend. And then, 2 days later, the world ended and changed everyone's plans! So, now we adjust and have a 14 month engagement! 🤦‍♀️
