Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla (BRI)
This airport is a larger international airport and is 2 hours away from the Masseria
Flight
Brindisi Airport (BDS)
Also Known as Brindisi Papola Casale Airport and Salento Airport. This is a more local airport but is only 50 minutes away from the Masseria.
Shuttle

So our Wedding planner, Fede, recommends renting a car but we will be getting some sort of shuttle from at least one of the airports. This has not yet been booked/figured out and will be updated as the information comes.
