Ceremony starts at 5:00 PM prompt. Cocktail Hour from 5:30-6:30 PM. Reception begins at 6:30 PM. Transportation Information Below Free round trip transportation will be provided from the two recommended hotels to the venue. Please ensure you are at your pick up location prior to the time listed below as the bus will be leaving the hotel at that time. Wingate pick up: 3:45pm. Holiday Inn pick up: 4:00pm. If arriving after the start of the ceremony, we kindly ask that you wait until the ceremony has concluded before joining the rest of the wedding guests.
