Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a HUGE parking lot available at our venue! If you are not booking with a hotel and taking our shuttle bus, please feel free to drive to our event!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We do apologize, but this event from beginning to end, is strictly 18 years and older!

Is there transportation?

Answer

Due to safety reasons for everyone, and the convenience of our out of town guests - we did book a shuttle bus with Cedar Bus Company! The pick up and drop off location is fairly close to the venue, located ten minutes down the road at Byrncliff Golf Resort. There will also be specific pick up times from the Golf Resort, as well as pick up times from HVAA at the end of the evening. *Check on hotels and travel for overnight details!*

Can we bring our own alcohol to the venue?

Answer

No! All adult beverages will be provided by the venue and the venue only! But, for any guests who may be booking a stay with Byrncliff Golf Resort, you may bring your own alcohol for the before and after party!

Is smoking allowed on property?

Answer

Per bride and groom request - there will be a DESIGNATED smoking area outdoors. Please look for the smoking sign or ask the Catering Manager for details.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our Ceremony begins at 4 pm - SHARP. Please be considerate to all guests as well as our wedding party, and arrive no later than 5 minutes early, and no sooner than 20 minutes early. If you are taking the shuttle bus from Byrncliff Golf Resort, designated pick up times will be available on the day of the event.

Is the ceremony located indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our Ceremony will take place outdoors. This will be at the end of October - so prepare for all of the possible Buffalo temperatures!
