We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Please no short dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit. Ladies please note the ceremony and cocktail hour spaces are grassy & choose your heels accordingly.
Please RSVP no later than August 18, 2024. If you have already RSVP'd, please make sure to go back and choose your meal preferences.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family.
The ceremony will begin at 5 o’clock sharp. We highly encourage you to arrive early to find a seat. Please arrive no later than 4:45PM as no guests will be let into ceremony space after 4:50PM.
Cocktail Hour, dinner, and dancing will follow our ceremony. Shuttles will be available to take guests from the ceremony space to cocktail hour which are both on SouthCoast Winery Property.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being present while we say I do. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share these photos when received. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!
YES! Open bar is on us including wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Yes! Southcoast Winery offers 82 villas on property and 50 hotel rooms in a 3 story tower. Hotel Room- can sleep 4. 1 king bed plus pull out couch. Deluxe King Villa- can sleep 4. 1 king bed plus pull out couch. Deluxe Queen Villa- can sleep 4. 2 queen beds Please contact the resort to book a room under the Wilmot Hotel Block. *Please note that once our designated room block is at maximum capacity, you can still book villas and/or hotel rooms so long as there is availability at the resort, however will not be at the discounted block rate. *
We’d love for those staying in Temecula on Friday evening to join us for a light dinner and drinks the night before. However, this event is totally optional! Just make sure to RSVP if you will not be attending.
