FAQs

The Wedding Website of Evie Spurgin and Trevor Easley
Question

What do I wear?

Answer

We invite our cherished friends and family to dress in their most elegant attire for our special day. Our wedding calls for formal dress, so we kindly request that you avoid blue jeans or overly casual clothing. As is tradition, we also ask that white be reserved for the bride.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We kindly request that children only attend if they are specifically named on your invitation, as our venue has limited accommodations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking for our wedding is conveniently arranged. While the venue's on-site parking is reserved for the wedding party, ample street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Parking attendants will be on-site to assist guests and help guide you to the best parking options.

Question

Where is the wedding and reception?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will take place at the historic McAlister-Leftwich House, nestled at 507 N Church Street in the heart of Greensboro, North Carolina.

Question

What is the schedule of events?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony begins at 4pm, followed by cocktails from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, and dinner and dancing immediately after. We'll conclude the evening with a sparkler send-off at 9pm for those able to join us through the night. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What meal options will be available?

Answer

Our cocktail hour will feature an elegant selection of domestic and imported cheeses paired with a fresh crudité display. For dinner, we're offering a buffet with your choice of tender beef medallions or pistachio-crusted Mahi, served alongside warm rolls, a crisp Greek salad, and assorted seasonal sides.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We're delighted to provide an open bar featuring a curated selection of beer, wine, and spirits for all guests 21 and over. Please note that outside beverages cannot be brought into the venue due to its policies. We appreciate your understanding.
