When should I RSVP by?

Please either return your reply card/rsvp right here on Zola by September 10th, 2021 at the latest.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please come in your best wedding formal attire. A floor length gown, fancy cocktail dress or a dressy pantsuit for the ladies and suits and ties for gentlemen.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We ask you to join us in being fully present. Please respect our wishes and turn off all phones and cameras until after the ceremony. We promise to share all of our beautiful photos with you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 4:30 pm and 4:45 pm.

We love your kids, but thought you might enjoy a night off!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, there are room blocks at Fearrington Inn, Hyatt Place Southpoint, Fairfield Inn & Suites Southpoint and Hilton Garden Inn at Southpoint. Please see the travel page for more details.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available from the Hyatt Place Southpoint and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Southpoint. Please see the travel page for details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is semi-limited at Fearrington. If you are staying at one of the hotels, please take the provided shuttle. If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, please drive to either one of the other hotels to take the shuttle.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will be addressed to the people or person who is invited. If you did not have a guest on your invitation, please contact us to see if there is space for that person at our celebration.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The reception will have gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian food, but please let us know if you have another dietary issue.
