The easiest way to have your guests book a reservation is by calling our hotel directly at (520) 868-9900. Please remember to book sooner than later as we will be sold out on your wedding weekend. Our hotel does offer a shuttle service that will depart the hotel at the top of the hour and every 20 minutes beginning 2 hours before the ceremony. This shuttle will be available throughout your wedding night and return the entire group back to the hotel safely at no charge. It will be very important that our guests understand that we do have a very strict quiet time policy that runs from 11:00 pm-7:00 am each night. We will make every effort to ensure your stay is perfect as well as all your guests of our hotel. We thank you in advance for your respecting of our quiet time policy.
