FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for seating.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Think semi-formal but comfortable enough to dance and have fun. Dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or dress shirts with nice slacks all fit the vibe. Most importantly—bring your dancing shoes and come ready to celebrate!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Oneida Casino Hotel and the ceremony. It will run before the ceremony and again at the end of the evening.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the meal safely. All of the food will be completely gluten friendly to accommodate the bride’s allergies, and the caterer is happy to work with additional dietary needs. Just let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re taken care of.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There’s a large parking lot available at the venue with plenty of space and handicap-accessible parking close to the entrance. No need to stress about finding a spot!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping our wedding an adults-only celebration. We want everyone to be able to relax, enjoy a drink (or two or three), and dance the night away without worrying about bedtime. We so appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
